| Verizon Problems with Phone and Data due to Move
I am currently a Verizon FIOS customer at my rental home. I recently built a Home in Fishhawk Ranch, Lithia FL. I have been trying for two weeks just to get my phone service hooked up and been shuffled between the copper and fiber departments only to have 4 different Move orders assigned and then the next day canceled.
No notification was given to me about the cancellation and I always call a week later to confirm the order is still in place and the techs will be at my home, so I can plan accordingly.
Well, I am on hold with my 5th Verizon person and still no clue, no communication between the two departments and no way to bypass "the system" which is cancelling my orders. |

Chesapeake, VA | Have you tried subscribing to the 2nd account using your full name? Not sure if it would work, but if you address AND name were different, it might be enough not to confuse the orders...just a thought |

I have done this, the problem lies according to the Verizon rep within there system, as it is a new construction the Copper Department never layed any copper down. Fiber has been layed but the address is not showing as available which creates the following problem of not accepting an order out there. |
