Billing - SBC (double bill, charge for services not ordered, uncontrolled third party billing.) Billing - OOL ( Never had an issue ).

It's evident that they need more market share and here (CT) they think they can get people to switch from OOL to SBC. At least in my area.. I've know 2 people that switched from OOL to SBC but it was because of cash flow issues. They (telco) have an inferior product no matter how they hype it. Compared to OOL's speed it's complete garbage!
