Yes, but it's the localized problems that are the problem.
I'm not knocking Insight as a whole. When it works, it works great. But lately, they seem to be having a lot of router issues in this area and have yet to adequately fix them.

Insight is hardly a "joke". The vast majority of customers routinely get excellent uptime, 4Mbps connections for $30-$45 a month. A few people who post here do complain of localized problems. Pop over to the other ISP forums and you'll find the same thing. For the most part, Insight provides a premium connection for a good price. |
