| [Sunrocket] Caller ID Not Working Properly
I am having a problem with the inbound Caller ID. It used to work perfectly about a week ago with name and number displaying. Now its either showing the name or the number depending on who is calling. Anyone else have this problem or know a solution? |

| reply to nedved2000 I know why this is happening.......Read the recent ViaTalk thread. They are working on the Caller ID w/Name issue currently.
Im beginning to think "Sarah" (from Andy Griffith show) is back at the switchboard. She is plugging and unplugging providers' CNAM now. She gave it to SR awhile ago, now Viatalk needs it. Unplug - - > Plug. LOL

-- DSL. Voip providers: Lingo (UTStarcomm), Nuvio, SIPphone, FWD. Voip providers on trial: SunRocket. Tried: wIPphone=rates OK, Teleo=great, no ATA, Broadvoice=great until..., will give em another chance. |
