In addition to forcing people to continue to pay rent for what was clearly obsolete technology, Bell also "forgot" to notify us that a "free" speed upgade was available. So not only was I not getting the benefits of the "upgrade insurance" that Deadpool refers to, I was actually paying regular price for less than half the speed that more recent (i.e. less loyal) customers were getting. |
