The Rizler spam king, Christopher Smith, who sent a billion
spam emails to AOL subscribers, was arrested last week
at a Minnesota airport as he stepped off a plane from the
Dominican Republic:

According to Spamhaus, Smith was among their 10 most prolific
offenders. He was arrested for violating a restraining order
barring him from selling prescription drugs.
