I'm looking for some suggestions for software that will run on a Windows XP Pro' computer to filter out SPAM. E-Mail client being used is Outlook 2003 pro and the computer has a constant on Cable Modem connection.

No interested in the type of anti-spam client that has you keep your e-mail client closed until after it has filtered as we need the e-mail client open at all times.
