I saw one member post about an image of Britney Spears which he made into a zombie: »tips wanted.
so what do u guys think, which photoshop shud i use to make an image like that best? Thanks for help!:)

Ok so i'm downloading Photoshop CS 2 9.0 and its 417 MB! Thats huge so wud this be able to do the same as »tips wanted image?

It may just be your wording or maybe it's because I'm really tired but let's be clear on the software. Photoshop CS is great. Latest neat stuff. Photoshop will enable YOU to develop images like that. There is no magic button to make that particular image although there are lots of magic buttons. But you can make an image like the example you've mentioned with that software. Understand that there is a learning curve with powerful applications and Photoshop is that, powerful.
