It takes a few trys sometimes to get a CSR with half a clue. Call back to Billing and try again. Again 11k' seems to be the Consensus here for 3000/768. Oh the 6k' is a joke, I'm 7880' (per VZ) and I have 3000/768. CSRs ya gotta love'm -- If only the Verizon CSRs worked this well.
