| reply to dadkins I saw no mention of Indiana being upgraded yet, however I noticed this morning instead of my normal very very steady 4 meg speeds, it's flucuating wildly all over the board, including over what my old cap was.
Anyone else in Indiana notice this? I'm in Indianapolis BTW. |
