 [Vonage] Having Problems Logging In?

Is anybody having problems logging in to their accounts on the web site this afternoon?

I'm seeing really long delays or errors from the browser like, "Cannot find server or DNS error".

Yes! I can't log in. The web page just hangs there. I'll give it a half hour or so and try again. They could be having any sort of problem. The phone seems to work.

I just got off the phone (7:00) with the same problem and the C/S person confirmed their was a slight problem with the web site.

It looks like they fixed their problems with the secure web server.

I just logged in and saw this on the service notices section:

Customers may be experiencing an intermittent issue with logging into your Web account. Our Engineers are aware of the situation and this issue will be resolved as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Anyone getting 15-20 min. calls cutting out on the receive end? My party can hear me but I can't hear them, and I have to call back.

It's all to do with the rumored BellSouth takeover. They are busy upgrading the system to include lots of hidden fees.

This is getting to be a real inconvenience. It's become a daily thing. Here is one of the drawbacks to having to access your features online through an unreliable server.

The phone works! Why can't I set call forwarding via the phone? Qwest can do it, what's the matter with Vonage? I suspect a little greed. Why upgrade the software while people are still willing to use the website?

I wonder how the other competitor's VoIP services handle this?
