Same here.

Earlier POP grabbed one or two messages, then timed out. POP does not connect at the moment. No status message on Verizon's page or 0.verizon.adsl

Web mail seemed like it work this morning, but I only use it to check Sender/Subject for my Inbox. I never download from web mail; use POP instead.
