Just a Idea would anyone in the Indpls area want get together and have a pizza/ party/ ? maybe a local internet cafe ? see the faces behind the names we could have a dunking booth for the insight people you know throw a ball or outdated equipment and dunk the insight people hmm maybe too much
if anyone got any ideas where we could do this let us know

| I propose that the insight people get to dunk some of you customers that complain daily about us! We're people too, can't we all just get along?!? hahah. Maybe we could all meet, that way i can find out what you all do for a living so that i could start a forum nit-picking your business.
Nah, I'm just poking fun, I like coming here and getting a feel for what the general public thinks about the company that bust my hump for on a daily basis (and nightly here lately). thanks for caring! |

I am pretty happy with the service I get. I have been very pleased with the customer service and really like al the people who have come and fixed my problems. I hate how much I pay, but that is natural. Insight in bloomington, IN is doing a very good job for me. A few weeks ago I started having my first ongoing problem that seems to be related to the heat and humidity killing my internet and Insight was ready to roll a truck the next day, I had to work so that was a no go. The techs how have come to my house have always been friendly, respectful and done good work. |

I am an ALltel DSL subscriber and am seriously debating switching over to cable. My wife, though, has heard horror stories about cable service and has demanded hesitance in my decisions. She has heard about loss of service at unwanted times... et al. We own our own home. I have told her that this happens to all people sometimes, but to aprtment dwellers mroe often....

I would say just try it............There is no contract, just try it for a month and see if its what you want. There are always gonna be horror stories with any-ones service but just remember you can always go back to DSL. |
