That was my next question about the serial number or whatever I get. I'm assuming it just comes to my email I have registered with newegg?

 when you make your purchase, they verify the credit card, and send you an email to the addy you specify when you order within 30 mins.

in the email you get a download link and a serial number, plus proof of purchase if you ever need it.
