I too wonder about this. TWC is very lacking, when it comes to details. They told me I could have free AOL too. They gave me a separate AOL screen name. I just went to the aol.com portal and signed in. Is that in any way different from installing the aol software, in terms of included stuff. |

Do you have to install the AOL software, or can you just use the username/password they give you with a "bring your own connection"?
