I saw the ad on TV saturday night and called them that night and got to use it today (monday).
"Is your username for AOL the same as RR?"
No.. RoadRunner selected a MASTER user name for me.. you can then add up to 7 more user names
"And is that a special version of AOL.."
I had to download it.. it is..

Yes you have to install a special version of their AOL software
"I called 713-335-3278 and they kept transferring me around and then said that its the same price but they have to switch the service over, or something like that. I am calling the AOL number now to see if they can do anything."
Sorry to hear that.. but I had a little run around too.. Mostly on where and how to get the software... This offering is new.. It just started this weekend 7/23/05
