[Vonage] VM Slow to Pick Up Today?

Is anybody else noticing that Vonage's voice mail system appears to be sluggish to pick up the line today?

I was just trying a few times dialing both *123 from the Vonage line and a couple of VM access numbers from a non-Vonage line. In most cases, it took around 30 seconds for the VM system to pickup, without any ringing, although in 2 attempts, the calls were picked up in around 5 - 10 seconds.

Seems like all those old voicemail issues from 4 months ago have returned. VM is slow to log in, and my Voice Mail Message Indicator is stuck on again. Hope this doesn't last as long as the last time this happened.

I noticed the same issues: slow Voicemail response, slow login, slow responding to the passcode

Same problems here.
Also when I call my voice mail there is a long dead silence before it starts talking.

That particular "feature" never went away here...

For the last 6 months on my account, 1 out of every 3 attempts to access VM through the web site resulted in that annoying error message on screen. Of course, email to Vonage CS went unanswered.

I noticed it last night...worse...new messages weren't showing up on my phone....

I got email notification and found my message waiting light flashing, but after calling voice mail, and waiting what seemed like an eternity for it to ask for my passcode...pressing 1....it would report no new messages (and one old message ... from June)

But, checking the website, there were two messages waiting for me. I could play them, though as WAV files the audio is always low (so I crank the volume, which makes everything else too loud....gotta stop having my mail client say "You've got mail")

I then got another voicemail...so I dialed in again...still no new messages, and it didn't even know about the message I had retrieved via the web interface (but didn't delete).

There is a service anouncement now on their website:
At this time customers may experience a slight delay while retrieving voicemail. Our engineers are aware of the issues and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank for your patience.
slight delay? Darn, delay it is but not slight
