| [Firmware] WRT54G v1.1 and firmware 4.20.6 Power LED
I just updated my firmware to 4.20.6 and the power led blinks constantly.Before the upgrade the power led was steady. I spoke with Linksys Tech support they suggested that I go back to firmware v4.0.0.6.
Did anyone else have this problem and have WRT54G v1.1? |

You should be able to run your WRT54G v1.1.
I have no issues running my WRT54g v1.1 and the Linksys firmware 4.20.6. I'm currently using HyperWRT v4.20.6 - HyperWRT 2.1b1 (Rupan). So far, this firmware version is very stable.

My WRT54Gv1.1 have no problem with the 4.20.6 firmware.
It's important to allow the router to settle for about 2 to 3 minutes before rebooting/resetting. |

Does anyone have teh version before 4.20.6? After insatll 4.20.6 I've having a problem with sites loading etc and would like to go back. And their new website I can't figure out how to FTP to get older versions  |

So is this an issue or it's not an issue?
I have a WRT54G v1.1 on 4.00.7 and would like to update to 4.20.6.
Some people say it works and some don't. There was a post somewhere where someone said that linksys said the file isn't for v1.1, yet it's still listed on their downloads page.
Are most people not having problems with this? |
