www.inphonex.com ). They offer their basic free service that calls InPhonex subscribers. FWD and SIPphone call dial in as well. Plus you can get a Pay as you go Plan by loading 9.95 in your account. With that you can call anywhere. Rates for the USA and other countries are listed on their rate sheet.
I forgot to mention that Callcentric also allows calls to and from any SIP provider like FWD and SIPphone.
