Man, I don't know what is going on today, but the connection in Bloomington, IL is pretty bad...

What the heck is the 12-220-4-83.client.insightBB.com address anyway - the headend?

Did the standard stuff... rebooted modem, etc. Went through local office, said all they could do is send someone out on Monday. On phone with TSG in Louisville right now.
