It's an active x pluggin, you can disable it at open IE/tool/internet option/program/managed add-on/window genuine validation tool and disable it. |

this only apply to users who have Service Pack 2 installed in the PC .
For example, my case, only using Service Pack 1 , do not have the option to disable any Active X plugin since it is not in the Internet Explorer  |

You can even get the SP2 upgrade CD free from Microsoft website.. but it takes about 1month for delivery |
