My IP doesn't change. I wouldn't think it's my router, because I'm not seeing any data on my modem. I'm guessing that the data light should blink all the time, just because of all the junk packets passing through. I will try shutting everything down, including my computers, router, and modem just to see what happens. -- It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died.
