I too see it as publicity, but a stunt? I wouldn't say it was a stunt. If AOL is serious about stopping, spam and this action is further proof of that, then I'd say that this is more along the lines of making an examnple of the loosers. I'll remember this story every time I delete my 60 spam messages a day.
