and my ping times are all under 20ms.

Maybe hitting nyc.speakeasy.net you're hitting those other providers, but I don't see them hitting www.dslreports.com for the tweak test (assuming it's in the same location as dslreports.com).

Waldwick, NJ | Seems the issue is with your first hop, which is an OOL route. Maybe OOLTech or Engineer88 or someone else can check into it for ya.

| Bah, called tech support and got level 1 guy that wouldnt transfer me up to Tech.. He saw pings up to 136ms and wouldnt transfer up to Tech... Never had someone like this before, most of the time they love to get rid of me to tech.
