Strange Trillian/Hotmail Issue

I use Trillian as my main IM program and I have it so it checks my Hotmail and Yahoo email accounts.

I have IE set to not allow ActiveX so when I click on the email account in Trillian it goes to a login page on Yahoo or Hotmail instead of taking me directly into my email account. Well today I clicked on my Hotmail account and of course the login page came up but in the email field, which usually has my ***@hotmail.com address already filled in, I notice that a different email address is in there. I am the only one with a Hotmail account on this PC so what else would have caused this?

Are you the only one that uses the computer?

Someone may have signed in to Hotmail using their account on your computer, and usually that login page is set to remember the last used user (email account) with the radio button by the login button.

Check to see if you know someone with that odd address.

Now that I think about it, we did have out of town guests over the weekend, and I haven't checked my Hotmail since the weekend. I'll have to ask our company if that is their address.

Don't know how I overlooked the obvious. Thanks for the help.

Not a problem

Many times I've had friends come over to check their accounts on my computer. Clearing browser cookies will get rid of that too since that page sets a cookie to remember the login email.
