| reply to SRFireside what you guys are missing is that out of that many cases, SOMEONE will have tried to fight back. At least some of the people sued had to be lawyers... my guess is that if it looks like they are going to take it far engough, they basically make them sign a non-disclosure agreement and drop the case.
