OOL didn't switch to BBN. Routing beyond our internet hand-off may have changed, and we can't help that.
OOL routes traffic to a few different providers, including UUNET, Sprint, Cable & Wireless, and Digex. Beyond that first hand-off selection, there isn't much we can do.
Fly42's post shows a delay within the OOL network. This can be checked out. Try it again next week.
