Now the trick is to get them to believe they actually have a problem. First, they claimed it was my client. Then I sent them the link to another url that basically said what you did and told them they need to check their servers. So then they sent a response saying they understood I needed help with my email client configuration. So I sent them a scathing reply saying NO I do NOT and if they bothered to READ my MESSAGE, they would see that.
BAH I so wish I had a choice in my broadband provider. |
