Don't quit school, money isn't everything. I am almost 30, going back to school after several years doing phone support and making okay money. I have a wife and two kids, and my wife and I are willing to sacrifice for a few years for me to get a degree and be able to have the job I want and money to support my family. Stay in school, whatever you do, $12/hr is not much when you can do better by sacrficing now. |

I'm not going to quit school. But I really do want the job so bad I can taste it. I love the atmosphere of the place. It seems like the job I have waiting my short life for. I am going to continue to cross my fingers and pray they call me later this week. |

heres a question (propably applies to older folks). did you ever read the classifieds for a job and the desciption sounds like the perfect job? and then you interview and you can't believe what a perfect fit the job is. you just hope they call, and you finally get hired. GREAT! but then later down the road you find that its not as great as described. i think this is true in most cases, who would advertise a job saying the benefits are so-so, hours suck,etc. on paper all is good. now don't get me wrong, i've been on the same job 20+ yrs,yet a lot of people quit cuz they found the perfect job. later i ask them and they tell me its the same shit new wrapper. so to mike i say, if this job falls through, there are plenty more like it. just read the ads. |

I was reading tips on getting an interview and it says to follow up on the job a couple days after you test for it. The only problem is I don't have a phone number or email to follow up to. Does anyone know where I can find a email or phone number so I can follow up? If you know but don't want to post here you can message me and I will appreciate your help. |

You are the one who went on the interview so it is your responsibility to get that information when you are there instead of asking all of us to do everything for you.
All you do is keep asking questions here when they should be asked there when you are at the interview.
What would it have taken for you to ask them:
Now in a few days when I want to follow up with you, how can I get in touch with you? That is what responsible adults do.

get over that fact that the only reason you want this job is to get the perks... so you dont have to pay 100+ a month on Tv/internet.. jesus.. everyone has bills.. get over it. |
