Those files are BitDefender regular files, but I do not know why they appeared on your desktop in the first place.
I have both of them on other locations:
getfile.dat and x_dtrace_log appear on c:\program files\SoftWin\BitDefender and c:\documents and settings\xxxx user
Each file, has a copy of itself on both locations.
I have never had any of these on the desktop, but you should ask to their help support, very kind and fast responders. |

| Went to their website, opened up a chat session and found out that they have no support for the free version. Looks like I'm outta luck:(
I'll try to download another copy to see if that solves the problem, if it doesn't I'll look for another on demand scanner.
