anyone know how to install an older version of IM? when i do so the Junk Filter Plus is still there - i used add/remove software from control panel. don't want to mess with the registry and have hundreds of letters, sounds, etc i don't want to loser reinstall.
if we keep sending emails they will likely succumb. i have sent multiple VIP requests which drew no response. |

| ok... so what is this -> "Ok, so how much does it cost me? NOTHING! IncrediMail is 100% FREE! Go ahead. Download IncrediMail Now!" [»www.incredimail.com/english/what.asp#8 ]?
Is really free? What is inside install.exe, which is only 393KB? |

| reply to jasqid A newer version is out. I'll be darned if I'm going to install it! Not until I see (whats new) that they have made the switch back. I emailed them regarding this and they did reply. Basically the response, very politely, was "tough luck". I reinstalled 2031 and I'll stick with it until there is a change in their policy. |

Simply create a message rule If Received from unapproved sender then move it to Junk Mail. I've just done it and it appears to now work the same way as before the upgrade. I'm not paying for that! |

| reply to jasqid As I stated in my previous post on the first page of this thread dated 08/24/05, I'm a IncrediMail Premium user.
I decided to upgrade and purchase JunkFilter Plus. Looking back, not a good decision. JunkFilter Plus is not a hell of a lot different than the old junk filter. I decided it wasn't worth it and e-mailed IncrediMail for a refund. They give you 14 days. I ran my GoBack software so I could have my old version back.
Fourteen days went by before I heard anything from IncrediMail. The sales rep tried to talk me into keeping JunkFilter Plus by telling how great a product is is, and that he was waiting for my reply. I replied and stated that I was not happy with it, and that I still wanted a refund. That was six days ago. I haven't had a reply yet. I'm getting this funny feeling, that I may be out $19.95. Oh well, lesson learned. |

Being one of the premium customers, I would like to see that happen. The first thing they did prior to this was to separate their graphics between the free ones and the gold membership ones. Prior to that, all their letters, skins, etc were completely available to anyone that wanted to donwload them. That was in place when I became a premium member. Not long after that, they decided they needed to charge people for the additional letters, etc. I contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding their removal of the included filter. I wouldn't have minded if they had kept the free one and offered the "upgrade" but I can't see paying an annual fee for something this is working fine for me. |

| reply to jasqid Hi BornLoser, I juss recently installed the incredimail Build 2031 from the link that you posted.
But whenever I type an email, all the words get underlines and when I try to spellcheck them the words that appear as corrections are like: Beddigton, XE, WinterTree......what languages are these???
Please note that I have Outlook express in my system but the spell checker in that is wording perfectly. So, i GUESS THE English DICTIONARY IN MY COMPURTER IS FINE.
Please help me! |
