Before I call support wondering if anyone's connection is dropping this morning. Last three hours have been almost no connectivity. Rebooted the modem, connection established within two-three minutes drops out. No visible storm damage I'm in Northern Palm Beach.

| No quite the contrary since Katrina passing KW I have no DIAL TONE but DsL is strill FLAWLESS.
My real fear is they will fix the dial tone and kill the DSL. (3rd paryt not BSFA)

Jupiter, FL | I had the same problem after Frances.
Turns out there are two cards on the circuit, voice and data (duh!).
My voice card went bad, but the data card was intact.

Not me in fact no BS dial tone after Katina... but DSL is sti9ll up and running... yeah right BS CAN't provide a dry DSL line.
