I replaced the Linksys modem (on suggestion of another member here), and voila!!! Connection works again. At least this time, that's what my problem was.

The still suck ass though. In my free time, I call them up and play stupid...ask them:

"What's the difference between Microsoft Internet and Google Internet. and with Cramcost, can I use it too?".
