Here's something a bit scary from their TOS:

This license shall apply to the distribution and the storage of Your Content in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, service mark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction.
