Sims family directory

Hello all, can anyone tell me where to find my families (folder directory) etc on The sims2..ie:I want to load the game on my other pc downstairs and i need to know in which directory to look in order to find my familes etc so i can save them and just load them onto the other pc so i can play from there as my mom in law is stayin with me and the guest room is where the pc i had sims loaded onto is.
