| reply to mack1951 Not a website problem, but the service has not been working pretty much for the las week or so. Customer Service is no help, no answers whatsoever, (except yesterday I was told it would be back up by morning... guess what?!) Anybody know what's going on? I only signed up on 8/23, so if this is what I can expect from this company, I'd rather chuck the thing.
