For me its like this-
Packets: Sent = 40, Received = 40, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 51ms, Maximum = 71ms, Average = 61ms
So I guess its not all that bad, IF I'm not using the internet. I'll resume a couple uploads and paste that result.
Packets: Sent = 10, Received = 10, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 256ms, Maximum = 529ms, Average = 416ms
So, as we can see, the upstream might be affecting the Digital Phone Service after all. This was utilizing my
FULL upstream.
Any thoughts ?
