Yes sir. This is something I was complaining about a month ago when I got my Covad 608 RADSL service. Everyone called me MAD! MAD! Ye said something must be wrong with my PC! Heathen.
With this Covad RADSL setup, I have yet to see a ping under 65 under PRISTINE conditions.
I be thinkin they might wanna be changing their ways.

123 packets transmitted, 123 packets received, 0% packet loss round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 51.103/58.268/67.066/4.894 ms
on my covad adsl 1.5/384 line

Supposedly other providers RADSL doesn't suffer the same hit and can obtain pings of 20-30ms. What is Covad doing that is making this RADSL, for lack of a better term, suck?

Complaining about 20ms? Hello, THATS LOW!
I'm stuck with crappy GTE interleave values that cause me 25ms minimum latency!
I had ADSL, and it was more, RADSL lowered it!
Its the stupid Orckit modems :P
BTW I see the lowest in game pings of around 50ms, but most servers are min 80ms

No no, you misread. Some people can get 20-30ms with RADSL. Covad RADSL lines see a minimum of 65ms. I usually get 75ms standard.
