Well at my school, we just need to reg our mac adress (i belive we can do 2 computers) and then if u have windows use cisco clean access agent, So consoles have a thing to let u change it's mac address?

Yes, you can change the MAC address of the Xbox through the network configuration tool and you can change the MAC of the PS2 with the network setup disc.
