If this catches on, the EULA authors are going to start writing with an eye towards "Beating" the EULA filters, just like spammers have been doing with spam filters. eg current EULA "Sentence 40: This Software will collect information about websites you access and will use that information to display advertising on your computer."
same sentence modified to beat EULA filter "Sentence 40: This software collects in the websites, what they will use with this accessible information, with the end to indicate one publicity in the relative calculation.

It should deal with such tactics fairly well. (And although I'm not a lawyer, I would assume that if the language becomes non-human-readable, or impossible to interpret, it wouldn't be binding - so there's only so much they can do.)
That said, that's also why there's the EULA Research Center (»www.eularesearchcenter.com) which everyone can submit license agreements to and help us out.
