I have pretty much the same problem. I often experience high pings during prime time hours as well. It sucks to be pinging 100+ to CS servers that you should be pinging less than 20 to. Calling them does nothing as level 1 support doesn't even know what latency is. I am sure they know of the congestion on their ATDN but they don't seem keen on doing anything about it. |
