A few of us think it will be by christmas but were not sure what model will be first. The PowerMac's seem a likely canidate but there's no dual processor dev machine that I've seen available. But Steve Jobs has to be a idiot to say July 2006 and stick with that date.. by April nobody will be buying any Mac's knowing that a new lineup will be about to come out. So were expecting something by Christmas. Otherwise if christmas passes and no Intel Mac's then I'm sure their stock will go from buy to hold and if not by Q1 then it surely will go to sell as Apple will begin to bleed serious money as sales drop off in anticipation of new intel models. -- »www.silentbrouhaha.com

jtanner To Add Speed, Add Lightness Premium join:2003-01-14 Cumming, GA	I think professionals may actually snatch up the last of the PPC Macs, similar to the run on OS 9 compatible units way back when. Despite what Apple may claim, applications are going to have switching pains all over again, and if my company relied on Mac software, I would make sure we had enough machines to continue running for a good long time while things got sorted out.
