Slow download off sites on a wireless connection?

I don't know if this is a website thing or a wireless problem, but for some reason I will get terriblly slow speeds on downloads off certain sites.

For example.

If I download something off gamespot.com, the download off a wireless connection is slowwwwwww. (57kb ish). If I'm a cat5 wirless then it is the normal 580kb ish speed.

Is this just a site or a wireless problem? If I download videos off ign, it is normal, but for gamespot it is slow?

Anyone else experience this problem before and if so how did you fix it?

Try upgrading your router to the latest firmware and follow these steps off their site also

That may help......
