Why am I getting wierd characters... like in this example I should see an option+8, but I get the funky characters.
Also, when I get email, or send email and have a quote or an apostrophe, the quotes come out coded wrong.
My settings in Firefox and Entourage for encodings seem ok.
Any ideas what to look into next?

Escondido, CA | Could be a font conflict. Sometimes when I have a certain helvetica active, my browser renders pages with gibberish. I have to turn that font off for the pages to render correctly.
