Anyway...Ran spybot, both free Symantec online scanning utilities. Found some files - deleted them. ---at this point still can't install NAV--- Also I got file: "C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch\WINUPDATES.EXE-1BCE18F6.pf" when I searched for "winupdates" in windows search (name of one of virus's files) Should I delete this? I looked through the FAQ and I have done all the stuff that applies. Edit: Just ran Ad-Aware - still no luck. Anyway to see where installation get's stuck? It says "Registering Product"

Fred Apple join:2004-07-22 Stonewall, MB	I get that error sometimes. If you had NAV 2005 already installed and then uninstalled it, for some reason. The program still leaves parts around and does not let it reinstall again. I usually run Tuneup and clean the registry and the using a file manager delete the folders. Reboot the computer and now try installing NAV 2005 it usually works for me.
