Re: Napster and Yahoo Unlimited Music service issu

I had to wait till they could reset it,it took two frustrating weeks for e-mails back and forth,I kept telling them to re-set it and they would send a recommendation to try all sorts of things that I knew were useless.First you will wait a week and they will ask you to de-activate the machine, then the next week they will say to rename the DRM folder, the third week your going to fuming(good thing your a fireman ) since I have dealt with this before I took all the steps that I posted above before ever e-mailing them.

I finally wrote them a pretty scathing e-mail telling them "just re-set the ^%#$ thing or I will cancel" I might add that was able to get a free month out of them for taking 3 weeks to "fix" the problem

I have been using DRM music files for a year now,I also am always changing things on my system,so I know what is happening,I have been through the drill about 4 times now, and more than likely you will have to wait
