BUT-- if enough people decide to fight these it will slow their progress to a crawl and wind up being too costly and inefficient to justify the bad press that they get for it. They should focus their attention on using the Grokster ruling to try to shutdown some of these companies at the source instead of filing 800 poorly researched lawsuits per month.
