way way out | Arathi Fun...but long waits still? So how is everyone doing in arathi? it is the first battleground that i actually enjoy.
Druids really runined the last battleground because they could shift in and out of any trap/stun/shock so fast they were impossible to stop. anytime we were in, the side that had two druids usally won...one healing the other running. mage for backup doing massive frost trapping people chasing the druid.
Only problem is getting people in the sub 50's battle. most times we go in its so lopsided. two hour waits are the norm and once a side starts out well the other side gives up.... "this battlefield will close in...."

Charlottesville, VA | on my server, waits for t he level 60 ab are not very long if you're going in solo. typically my guild is going in 5-10 man groups and our wait is usually 20 minutes or so. we don't try for 15 man groups just to keep our wait down.

Since the patch I've qued-up for the 40-49 AB battleground 5-6 times, for 2-3 hours each time. I got in ONCE. I'm on Hyjal, a low-medium population server, with a lvl distribution skewed way towards the high end. I'd guess nearly 50% of active players here are at or near 60 now. Anyway, the time I did get in I thought it was a lot of fun, if a bit chaotic. |

I have been in Arathi 3 times since it came out (malygos realm). It is very fun to play. Especially at lvls 40+. Mounts help out a great deal since you are not running to all the resources. And the flag tactics used in WSG do not carry over into this one. It's more of fight to clear a resource, take over it and move onto the next one. its better to create 3 groups of 5 and run around like that. |

I have a 20-30 minute wait on my 49, 2-5 if I just got out of a game. On my 60, it was 5-10 minutes no matter what.

I wait 20-30 mins on weekends, but barely get a game mid-week (although it is morning server time when I play). I'm on Lothar, a medium pop. PvE.
The wait is ok, but what do I do as a 60 while I wait besides level up skills and auction house?
I generally queue AB while in IF waiting to see whether an instance raid gets off the ground... |
