When you say 80-90 Mbps, do you mean when doing a TCP bandwidth test, file transfer or what? Check your NIC properties (in device manager, some bundled diagnostic app, or enable the network icon in tool tray) and see if it's reporting 100 Mbps or gigabit link speed.
For file transfers, older computers usually can't handle transfering at speeds>100 Mbps, so it depends....
I use Bitcomet, and all I did was add the port and IP to Gaming section. That's it. |
