I got 2 plans.
1. Is residental business. 25$/m, Free US/CAN/Longdistance. I signed up for a year so they gave me the Pap2 free (it's unlocked). No shipping charged, no tax. 1 year is 300$. I still have 1 free port to use with my packet8, incase it fails.
2. Is a Global International Business Plan. 60$/m, Free US/CAN/Long Distance and free International calls to these countries: »www.telepacket.com/globalunlimit···ries.php
it's included a toll free number which route to my DID, an additional fax line on the 2nd port of the pap2. It's quite conveinient, since all i need is plug my analog fax in the 2nd port and use, so i can faxed free to 25 countries i think. I sign up for a year and got the free pap2 too.
They have 24/7, but well, it's kind of funny since you can't really get any technical support at night in PST since all the night customer supports is like some girls who doesn't know tech, keep asking you send an email to support@telepacket.com, but the tech guys replied fast i think, and very good reply. |
